Take a fresh aloe vera leaf, extract out its gel and massage your face with it. Leave the gel overnight so that it gets well absorbed into the skin. Another option is that you can use the Aloe Vera Face Wash for keeping your skin well hydrated and smooth.
Coconut oil is easy to use and does wonder to replenish and lock in the natural moisture of the skin. The healthy fatty acids of coconut oil help restore the skin’s lessened fatty acid reserve. Apart from coconut oil, you can also make use of olive or almond oil.

Dilute half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with little water and mix with honey. Then, put this mixture on the dry patches or on the entire face. After keeping it for 10 minutes, rinse well with water.
