This is a quick and easy solution which can be found in your kitchen. The vitamin C of lemons can lighten the dark spots on your face. Take some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it on the affected area.

Allow it to dry and then wash it off with water. In case your skin is sensitive or delicate, dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rose water or honey. One must avoid going out in sun after using lemon juice can make your skin photosensitive.

Potato :

Potato; a delightful vegetable which gives simple joys in life, such as French fries and potato chips etc. Besides giving gastric happiness, they can do wonders for our skin. The two main components of potato- starch and sugar works to remove the dead cells and aids the growth of new ones.

Take a potato and slice up into thin slices. Add a little water to make them wet, after that place the slices on the area with dark spots. Keep it for 10 minutes and then wash that area.

Buttermilk  :

Aloe Vera :

Take a fresh aloe vera leaf and extract out its gel. Put it directly on the marks and dark spots. With your fingertips massage the area in a gentle manner. Keep it for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off.

Turmeric :

It is another famous skin-lightening remedy which is helpful in getting rid of black spots on your face. Turmeric reduces the free radical damage and discoloration.

Take 2 tsp. turmeric powder and a little milk and lemon juice. Make a thick paste and use it on the area with black spots. After keeping it for a few minutes wash with lukewarm water.

Papaya :

The enzymes of papaya can even the skin tone and help in fading the black spots. Plus the cleansing properties of it can clear the impurities from the skin. Take the pulp of ripe papaya and put it to the skin. Leave it for about 20 minutes and rinse it off. You can repeat doing this 3 or 4 times a week.
