Remove makeup :

Sleep on silk pillowcases :

Using silk pillowcases and bed sheets can benefit both your skin and hair. The natural proteins of silk can help in keeping your skin young and beautiful. Sleeping on a cotton pillowcase can give you sleep crease or sleep line, but silk pillowcases can prevent this. After a stressful day, we toss and turn in our sleep. In this process, your pillowcase pulls your skin but silk pillows don’t do this.

Don’t push your face into the pillow while sleeping. It can increase the chances of getting wrinkles on the face. In order to prevent this, try to make a habit of sleeping back.
