We often see that while female use face packs on their face, they normally use cucumber slice to cover their eyes, do you know what is the reason behind it? Because cucumber has mild astringent activity with skin-lightening effect. It also has a soothing and refreshing effect too.

Keep sliced cucumber in a refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take them out and place on your dark circles. Leave it for 10 minutes and after that, gently wash with cold water. It will freshen up your eyes instantly.

  1. Aloe Vera Gel:

Aloe Vera has effective soothing and hydrating effect. Its nourishing properties decrease the pigmentation under the eye and make the skin of that area healthier.

Take fresh Aloe Vera gel and gently massage it under eyes for a few seconds. Let it remain for 10-12 minutes. Then clean this area with a moist cotton pad.

  1. Almond oil:

Almonds are vitamin E rich fruits. Almond oil has an excellent emollient effect which helps in making the skin soft.

Take 1-2 strands of saffron strands and soak it in a ¼ cup of milk for few minutes. Soak a cotton ball into this mixture and apply it under eyes. Keep it for 10-12 minutes. Then rinse it with cold water. To get a radiant look, use it daily.

  1. Rose water:

Rose water helps in rejuvenating skin. It also helps in reducing dark circles too.

Take cotton balls and soak it in rose water and place them on the dark circles. Keep it for 15 minutes and wash it with cold water. Use every night for getting the best result.

  1. Turmeric:

Turmeric and its extract are frequently used in face packs and creams due to its skin brightening and lightening properties. These properties will remove the appearance of the dull and dark skin under eyes.

Mix ¼ teaspoon turmeric with 1 teaspoon of almond oil and massage this mixture under eye area for a minute and then leave it for 20 minutes. Then rinse it with water or use a soft tissue paper to wipe it off.
