Aging is a natural but slow process and prevails during older ages which are characterized as spider veins, wrinkles, fine lines, dullness, turkey neck, brown spots, loss of collagen and sagging skin. These signs of aging can be easily observe in one’s 40 s. But in some cases people see the signs of aging at earlier ages which is known as premature aging. Premature aging is not only due to one cause, there are numbers of factors which affect simultaneously to produce the sign of aging. Exposure to UV rays, free radical, harsh weather, stress, climate changes, lack of sleep, smoking, accumulation of sebum are certain factors which work to develop early signs of aging. Most of the time, excess exposure of Ultraviolet rays causes the degradation of collagen and elastin, discoloration and dehydration of skin cells.

How skin changes with your age is dependable on factors like your hereditary, hormonal changes, diet, habits and lifestyle. Consumption of alcohol and smoking are also the major cause of premature aging, because it produces free radicals which cause degradation of skin cells resulting in slack wrinkles and fine lines. There are various complementary treatments and therapies, which are use to relieve from slack wrinkles and fine line. Among them, Ayurveda is one of the safest and secure ways to combat with the signs of aging. According to Ayurveda, impurities and toxic substances start accumulate in the body with time which clog the micro channels (shrotas) and impair the functioning of organs. Ayurveda is known as a treasure of hailing herbs which are used from ancient times.
